This machine is high speed servo-driven system designed to produce poly draw garbage bag-on-roll. which is suited for printing and non-printing bag making. The material of bag is LDPE, HDPE and recycle materials.
HSCS-900WX is a two-function machine which makes draw tape garbage bag on roll and bottom sealing and perforation bag on roll. YASKAWA motion control computer system, using 4 sets servo motors control, user-friendly touch screen control system.
Film unwinder, then poly draw insert, heat air sealing for draw tape, then bag side sealing and perforate and fold, then automatic rewind.
